Returns, exchanges and claims
To exchange a product, return your purchase and then place a new order. You can find more information about returns in the following paragraph.
All purchased products can be returned within 30 days. The 30-day period starts with the delivery of the parcel by a courier. If the received product does not fulfill your expectations for any reason, you can return it. The full price is returned only for unused products. The return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.
The store will return the money within 7 days from the receipt of the parcel. The money will be refunded using the same method as in the original purchase. In order to return a purchased product, print the contract withdrawal form (available for download at the end of the page). Fill in your data and send the product back with the proof of purchase to the address specified in the form.
Remember that original packaging also makes up the value of a product – secure the parcel with film or paper.
All purchased products are subject to 24-month statutory warranty. The claimed product is sent to an independent expert for assessment. The claim is reviewed within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the returned product. The warranty does not cover damage caused through the fault of the user due to non-adherence to maintenance instructions and defects caused by improper storage, use of the product beyond the scope of its intended use, mechanical damage or fortuitous events. To submit a claim, print the claim form provided below. Fill in your data and send the product back with the proof of purchase to the address specified in the claim form. The Consumer may use out-of-court methods for claim review and pursuing claims. To settle disputes regarding online purchases in an amicable manner, the Consumer can submit their claim, e.g. via the European online platform ODR, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
